We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Senior Revenue Accountant  to join a dynamic Finance team. This position requires a solid understanding of  ASC 606 revenue recognition  and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment. The ideal candidate is self-driven with sharp problem-solving and communication skills and is eager to contribute to process enhancements. Previous experience in industries such as  SaaS  or  AdTech  is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the  end-to-end revenue recognition process  in compliance with  ASC 606  across multiple entities.
• Prepare and review journal entries tied to  revenue, deferred revenue, accounts receivable, and bad debt .
• Assist with the preparation of  monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements .
• Support  sales and use tax compliance  as well as assist with implementation initiatives.
• Collaborate with  Revenue Operations, Sales, and Client Success teams  to resolve billing inquiries and minimize client credit memos issued.
• Monitor customer aging balances and facilitate  collection efforts on overdue accounts .
• Optimize  days sales outstanding (DSO)  through automated dunning processes, transitioning from checks to ACH where possible, and efficiently addressing client issues.
• Contribute to the  external audit process , including preparing supporting documentation, footnotes, and revenue-related disclosures.
• Generate accurate and timely  revenue reports  for management review.
• Identify and implement  process improvements and automation  opportunities.
• Provide support for broader accounting functions and participate in  special projects as needed .
