PRIMARY DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Yourmain goal as our Sales Agent will be to generate new business byconnecting with potentialcustomers.
- Conduct a thorough needsanalysis with each client and determine the most appropriateinsurance plan based on a combination of price and value from thecarriers we represent
- Perform otherduties asassigned.
POSITIONREQUIREMENTS ANDQUALIFICATIONS :
MUSThave a 215 or 240 Health License(FL)
Ability topass a backgroundcheck
One year ofACA (Affordable Care Act Marketplace plans) selling experiencepreferred
Inboundcall center experience is strongly preferred but notrequired
Proficiencyin computers and CRMsoftware
Bilingual(English & Spanish / Creole) aplus
