SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Deputy IT Site Project Lead to support management, administrative, and technical interface in accomplishing services under this contract.
The Deputy Program Manager shall have management and technical knowledge, skills, expertise, and the experience needed to support the performance of work under this contract.
Essential Job Duties
- Under general direction, oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program / project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
- Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program.
- Seeks and develops outside funding sources.
- Serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters.
- Provides day-to-day technical / professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
- Responsible for operations including security, maintenance, and accountability.
- Responsible for meeting all technical requirements.
- Ensures that processes and network systems facilitate meeting performance requirements.
- Secondary Point-of-Contact for all communications or issues.
- Is authorized to act on behalf of site Program Manager for site-specific matters relating to the daily operation of the task order.
Minimum Requirements
- An active in scope Top Secret / SCI clearance is required.
- MA / MS +10 -OR- BA / BS +12 years of experience managing organizations similar in size, scope, and complexity.
- Must meet DoD 8140 DCWF 802 requirements (B.S. CCISO, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSMP, or GSLC )
- PMP Certification.
- Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- DevSecOps experience.
- Agile experience.
- Masters Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience leading a technically complex organization.
Work Environment
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
