A company is looking for a Manager of Professional Services to lead a team of contact center delivery Project Managers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of Project Managers delivering CCaaS projects in North AmericaDevelop and standardize documented methodologies for PMO-wide updatesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure project alignment with business strategyRequired QualificationsMinimum 2+ years leading customer-facing organizations such as Professional Services or Customer Support3+ years of Professional Services customer-facing experienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience;

industry-related certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.) are desirableExperience with enterprise telephony solutions and large-scale implementationsDesire to lead the development of new professional service offerings and best practices
