We are currently for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team at our Chandler, Arizona location. In this position, you will directly report to the General Manager and work closing with our production and management teams.
The objective of the role is to ensure talent retention and ensure effective personnel management. This is an in-person role and will require in-office presence on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven expertise in Human Resources management. This includes benefits administration, talent acquisition, payroll and employee relationship management, personal file organization and compliance, and employee training.
Responsibilities :
Recruitment Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions. Work closely with company managers to understand the needs of their department.
Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification. Manage new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.
Employee training work with different department to prepare and provide effective training, including safety training, code of conduct and handbook training, wage and hour, anti-harassment and discrimination training.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, changes to regulations, new technology breakthroughs in HR, talent, and employment law.
- Payroll and Benefits Assist employees with benefit programs and all leave requests. ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Personnel file management conduct I-9 verification and compliance, organize and retain employee files in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
- Employee relations Manage all details and coordination of disciplinary discussions, terminations, and investigations. Assist the leadership team on sensitive or complex matters and elevate to the appropriate staff when investigations are required.
Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Ideal qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
- Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- A sense of humor.
