- Client Engagement : Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Relationship Management : Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Sales Support : Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide customers with additional information about new products and services that best suit their needs
- Referral Generation : Generate new business by asking each customer for referrals..
Requirement
- Licensing : Must possess or be willing to attain a Property & Causality and / or Life & Health insurance license.
- Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.. Must be bi-lingual.
