Job Summary :

As an AI Recruitment Specialist at RealVoice AI you willbe at the forefront of building a team and at the forefront of theAIdriven recruitment process.

Youll manage the fullcyclerecruitment leveraging our unique AI technology to attract assessand hire top talent for our rapidly expanding team.

The idealcandidate is enthusiastic about AI highly organized and passionateabout finding the right fit for both our company andcandidates.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Manage the AIdriven full recruitment lifecycleincluding sourcing screening interviewing andhiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers toidentify staffing needs.
• Utilize our AI systemto engage with and qualify leads for variouspositions.
• Conduct interviews and assesscandidates qualifications and culturalfit.
• Demonstrate our revolutionary AI voicetechnology to potential candidates.
• Manage andmaintain our AIpowered applicant tracking system(ATS).
• Build and maintain a pipeline ofqualified candidates for futureopenings.
• Coordinate and participate intechfocused recruitment events and careerfairs.
• Provide feedback to help improve ourAIdriven recruitment process.
• Ensure a positivecandidate experience from initial AIpowered contact toonboarding.

Qualifications :

• Proven Experience in Recruitment Sales CustomerService or a related field (preferred but notrequired).
• Comfort with technology andeagerness to learn.
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
• Strong attentionto detail and ability to follow up diligently withcandidates.
• Ability to work independently andas part of a team in a fastpaced startupenvironment.
