We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated sales professional to fill the position of Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales effort of multiple branches and Sales Representatives within a region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop a strategy to increase sales and customer base
- Manage multiple Sales Reps across multiple sales territories
- Contributes to the development of the annual revenue budget for multiple sales territories
- Develops and manages operational budget for sales effort
- Responsible for meeting sales revenue objectives
- Creates and maintains sales processes and procedures
- Establishes and maintains sales areas for Sales Reps
- Helps develop and maintain customer relations
- Generates quotes and review quotes of sales staff
- Recruits and maintains capable sales staff
- Responsible for training and development of sales staff
- Ensures safety of both the workplace and workforce
- Adheres to and enforces all company policies and procedures
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Must be self-motivated, high-energy and have the desire to be successful.
- High school diploma or GED. Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
- 5 years of industry or sales management experience preferred.
- Experience using CRM software a plus.
- Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must demonstrate effective time management skills.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
