What the Billing Accounts Receivable Specialist will do :
- Manage a queue of high-level billing issues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution
- Maintain communication with partners, understanding their needs, and providing resolutions to support their objectives
- Collaborate with various teams to address complex billing discrepancies and offer accounting insights
- Perform account reconciliation and / or cash / credit reconciliation from contracts to invoices, ensuring clarity on the status of each transaction.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams to gather information and resolve billing discrepancies.
What the company needs in the Billing Accounts Receivable Specialist :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
- NetSuite and Salesforce experience
- Ability to interpret and apply accounting standards in various business contexts.
- Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups)
