Job Description
Assists professional personnel to provide patient care according to department and hospital standards. Completes other supportive tasks necessary to the functioning of the department under the supervision of a Case Manager.
Work Schedule : casual, hours varies.

Required Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet all criteria required under Lakeview's Automobile Liability Guidelines
- Must have MN or WI CNA certificate upon start date.
- Must provide proof of MN and WI CNA certificates within 4 months of start, if both MN and WI CNA certificates are not present on start date.
- Current BLS - American Heart Association or BLS - American Red Cross (CPR / AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
- Must be age 18 or older and have at least 1 year of driving experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior nursing assistance experience
