We are seeking an experienced Court Filing Specialist to join one of the largest global litigation firms. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate filing of legal documents in federal and state courts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle electronic submissions and document processing during evening hours.
  • Coordinate the service and filing of legal documents in accordance with relevant guidelines.
  • Conduct research and provide updates to team members as needed.
  • Offer guidance on procedures for document submissions and maintain communication regarding task progress.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with relevant external contacts to resolve any issues related to the submission process.
  • Manage time-sensitive tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in document submission or a related administrative role.
  • Familiarity with electronic filing systems and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of processes related to document handling and compliance with regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently under deadlines and handle multiple time-sensitive tasks.
  • Proficient with common software tools and platforms used for document management.
