We are looking for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR !
Pay : $40 / HR - $44 / HR DOE
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
Set daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Establish and implement cross-training programs within the Production functions
Set training and capabilities goals for Technicians
- Establish goals for individual Program production rates for Technicians and monitor progress in accomplishing these goals while making tooling, equipment, and personnel adjustments as required COMPANY BENEFITS :
