What You’ll Do

As an Operations Coordinator , you will :

• Take ownership of export operations : Ensure that shipments are handled smoothly from start to finish.
• Drive profitability : Identify opportunities to enhance profitability through smart file management.
• Build relationships : Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, working closely with key departments.
• Ensure compliance : Ensure that export processes comply with AEO regulations and procedures.
• Monitor performance : Proactively manage operational files to meet company KPIs.
• Handle quotations and billing : Respond to customer quotations in a timely manner and ensure accurate billing.

• You’re proactive and take initiative.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You excel at building and maintaining customer relationships.
• You’re detail-oriented with strong planning skills.
• You have a solid understanding of export processes, US Customs law, and procedures.

Bonus points if you have experience in aerospace logistics or dangerous goods certification!
