What to Expect as a Service Technician

As a Service Technician , you will :

• Visit clients’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic and mechanical components of mobility equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate and train customers and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of equipment.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with manufacturers’ tech support to identify and acquire necessary repair parts.
• Coordinate daily routes and order processing with our customer service team.
• Complete essential documentation accurately and promptly.

To thrive in this role, you should possess :

• A passion for providing best-in-class service to partners and customers.
• Strong communication skills, especially with electronic devices (e.g., iPhone).
• A valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• A willingness to learn in-house operational systems.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Mechanical and situational problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• A high school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range : $19.53 / HR-$25.34 / HR. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
