About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Job Duration : Not specified Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum years of experience not specified License : Required Certifications : Required Must-Have : Flexibility to work with various age groups including adults, geriatrics, and some pediatrics Job Description : Provide physical therapy services primarily in an outpatient setting with some inpatient responsibilities.
- Assist in the rehabilitation process of adult and geriatric patients, with some pediatric care.- Work collaboratively with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to implement personalized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as necessary to achieve optimum outcomes.- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve the patient's movement and strength.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. - Adhere to established protocols and regulatory standards in physical therapy practices.
