Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an Engineering Specialist with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience for a position with our Transportation Group.

Primary responsibilities will include :

• Design & analysis
• Construction document production, including drawings and specifications.
• Review of shop drawings.

The qualified candidate must possess :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
• Experience in use of Microstation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Additional positive attributes include :

• EIT / FE certification
• Familiarity with NJDOT analysis and design software and plan preparation.
• Experience in analysis and design of bridges, including rehabilitation design.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, Finite Element Analysis.
• Experience in use of Open Roads, Open Bridge, and Projectwise software packages.
• HEC RAS and bridge hydraulic experience and scour evaluation.
• Familiarity with PennDOT, NJDOT, and AASHTO design standards is a plus.

Compensation Range :

$64,044.00 - $85,392.00
