This is a 100% in-office position, so candidates interested in remote or hybrid work arrangements should not apply.)

WE WILL CONSIDER 1st YEAR / ENTRY LEVEL ATTORNEYS FOR THIS ROLE!

Position Overview : We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about personal injury law and eager to make a significant impact.

IDEAL CANDIDATES would have 2+ years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury litigation experience in TX.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial.
• You will work on both PRE-litigation AND on Litigation aspects of the cases
• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and handle all aspects of case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Stay current with legal developments and changes in personal injury law.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Strong background in personal injury law preferred.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary and Benefits :
