As a Sales Administrator, you will be essential to furthering our mission by providing exceptional care and support to both customers and the Sales department.

This role meticulously prepares quotes, proposals, and presentations, ensuring personalized attention to customer needs.

By maintaining accurate client records in the CRM system and handling inquiries with empathy, the Sales Administrator fosters positive relationships.

Their dedication to effective communication and meticulous record-keeping contributes to compiling meaningful sales reports, ensuring data accuracy.

This position also prioritizes developing a comprehensive understanding of products and services, offering reliable support to the sales team and operations with a caring people-centric approach.

This role will :

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales department.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Update client and opportunity records in CRM system.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Contact customers to answer inquiries and gather information.
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Compile monthly sales reports.
  • Verify data accuracy in proposals and financial reports.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of products and services.
  • Provide backup support for sales and operations.

  • Knowledge or background in the construction industry is preferred.
