Senior Director of Talent

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based in Miami.
Responsibilities :
- Elevate brand awareness and enhance the overall recruitment experience.
- Lead the hiring and training of staff, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance measurement.
- Collaborate as a strategic partner with our senior leadership team.
- Innovate ideas to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Implement cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies, covering candidate sourcing, onboarding efficiencies, and career planning.
- Educate hiring managers on talent pool dynamics and recruiting best practices.
- Manage recruitment for diverse internal roles spanning marketing, accounting, retail, design, and merchandising.
- Coordinate with immigration counsel regarding visa sponsorships.
- Collaborate with relocation teams to facilitate the smooth relocation of new employees.
Requirements :
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
- 10+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role.
- Possess a leadership track record with 5+ years in a leadership position.
- Experience in retail and wholesale industries.
- International experience, including proficiency in international relocation and visa processing.
- Have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience at the Director level.
