Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests receive top-notch service.
- Oversee food quality standards, ensuring recipes, portioning, and preparation meet company guidelines.
- Build and maintain a positive team culture through effective training and leadership.
- Manage operational finances, including labor costs, inventory, and profit goals.
- Ensure that health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Prepare and maintain required reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing FOH team.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in restaurant management (minimum 3 years).Proficient in POS systems, payroll, scheduling, and basic restaurant financials.Ability to lead and manage in a high-energy, service-oriented environment.Certifications in Food Service and Alcohol Service (or ability to obtain).Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.What’s Offered
