Education & Experience Required
- Minimum of five years in advancing responsibility accounting roles (preferably within a manufacturing environment or in a public accounting firm)
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Robust knowledge of US GAAP, cost accounting, and audit procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills - collaborative with internal / external customers, team members, and cross-functional collaborators
- Experience managing small teams
- Effective communications skills including written, verbal and listening skills
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot sophisticated datasets
- Organized, with a strong process and detail focus to deliver high quality and timely results
- High energy, bias for action with continuous improvement mentality; recognizes and resolves issues
- Team-player with the ability and willingness to take on challenges
- Excellent digital literacy, particularly MS Excel
- ERP system experience (JDE and HFM / OneStream ideal)
