We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our Audio-Visual team developing components in the electronic and technology space.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and working alongside a group of production operators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing / production, a proven track record of leadership, and the ability to drive projects and improvements from conception to completion.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines, adjusting as necessary to meet changing demands.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in production processes, collaborating with maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve problems promptly.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team of production workers.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is a plus.
