Afterschool Program Assistant - The Lion of Judah Early Learning Centers
About the Role :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Afterschool Program Assistant to join our team at The Lion of Judah Early Learning Centers in Windsor Mill, MD.
This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities for children
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and outdoor activities
- Help with homework and provide academic support to students
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff members
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and nurturing environment for children
- Must pass background check and provide references
- Must be 16yrs to apply
