JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL COMMERCIAL LITIGATION LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA Junior to Mid-level associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience to join Los Angeles office of International AmLaw 50 firm' s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with c omplex business litigation in state and federal courts , including conducting and managing written and document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings, conducting / defending depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions in both state and federal court.
Participation in settlement conferences, negotiations and experience with trial preparation is also preferred. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated lawyer who has demonstrated an ability to thrive in a busy, collegial environment to assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Litigation Department.
AmLaw 100 experience preferred . Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a J.

Pursuant to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the expected salary range for this Los Angeles-based position is between $240,000 and $310,000 annually.
