Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing Facility

Location : Jersey City, NJ

Job Type : Evening (3-11)pm as well the Overnight (11-7)shifts available. LPN full time, 40 plus hours weekly, Starts ASAP, ongoing assignment, every other weekend required.

24-48 hour onboarding process if you have your documents ready to upload.

Rate : $45 hourly, WEEKLY PAY

Benefits : Overtime at 1.5x Hourly Rate, consistent, ongoing agency assignment with scheduled hours

Job Description :

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors in a Skilled Nursing Facility?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in Jersey City, NJ. Our facility is seeking a qualified LPN to join our caring and professional healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician's orders and facility policies.
• Assess residents' health, update care plans, and provide accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our residents.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications :

• Valid New Jersey LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification, physical within 1 year,
• 2 professional references
• MMR and Varicella immunizations
• Covid vaccination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility as an agency nurse preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated team.
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to quality care.
