Job Summary
Avera requires all nurses to practice at a competent level of nursing care and demonstrate a competent and professional level of behavior in the role of a RN.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide care for the patient.
Education and / or Experience
Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Oncology or subspecialty experience preferred.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in South Dakota and / or meeting multi-state licensure requirements. Chemotherapy / biotherapy provider certification required within one year.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Thursday : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, Friday : 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm, 72 hours every 2 weeks. Rotational weekend and holiday shifts may be required.
- Hourly range : $29.50 - $44.25
