- Develop individual treatment plans to improve the functional capabilities of patients.- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.- Educate patients and families on continued care and home-based exercises.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality patient care.
This position does not require bilingual abilities or holiday coverage.
