Requirements :
- Experience as a Product Manager in the Healthcare domain;
- Understanding of APIs;
- Experience in building AI-based products utilizing Large Language Models;
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements;
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority;
- Fluent English;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
As a plus :
Working experience with databases like MySQL and knowledge of basic SQL;
Experience with clinician medical records system.
Responsibilities :
- Drive the development of the Healthcare platform;
- Be available to interact with the business team and users from 8 am PST (18 : 00 Ukraine) till noon PST (22 : 00 Ukraine);
- Work with the business team to define the product strategy and roadmap;
- Deliver Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and corresponding justification; Collaborate with the development team to define the scope of work for each sprint based on project priorities and objectives;
- Coordinate app functionality with our clinical and development team;
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities;
- Be an expert with respect to the competition and the market;
Act as a leader within the company.
