As a Product Delivery Manager in Pay & Time, you will be responsible for gathering feature requests, documenting requirements, establish business processes, and educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the design.
As well as, partnering with the Pay & Time product leads to ensure deliverables are coordinated across teams.Job responsibilities Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Partner closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and enhancement requests Drive operational excellence, helping to create a world-class product Provide subject matter expertise to ensure requirements are compliant and documented properly.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Requirements 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area Experience with Oracle HCM pay and time platforms Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment across teams.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Requirements Problem solving, problem identification and reasoning skills.
