This Quality Engineering role is dedicated to ensuring the quality and reliability of top-tier and emerging cloud accounts, driving strategic engagement and long-term growth.

About the role - you will

The Quality Engineer serves as the primary interface between Seagate Engineering / Factory operations and strategic customers (Cloud) for all quality-related matters. This role is responsible for monitoring fleet and integration performance, analyzing failure trends, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration experience, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to support product rollouts and technology upgrades.
• Work hands-on with thelatest storage technologies, gaining exposure tocutting-edge solutions.
• Interface with a wide array of internal teams—including Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support—to alignon strategy and execution.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $136,000. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
