YOUR MISSION
STUDSON is seeking a highly regarded and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tigard, Oregon.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities will include :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone and email.
- Prepare and process exchanges, returns, and warranty claims quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep a record of customer interactions, transactions, issues, and comments.
- Support warehouse on an as-needed basis.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, industry, and process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
WHAT MATTERS MOST
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in an office setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and easily connect with people.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office. NetSuite experience is a huge plus.
- Prior experience in the Consumer Goods Industry is a major advantage.
- Skilled in time management and prioritization, with a focus on following through.
- Demonstrated ability to establish trust and positive relationships through effective interpersonal skills.
