Your Impactful Role :
As a Compassionate Caregiver (Home Health Aide or CNA), you will be at the core of our mission, empowering clients to live their best lives.
Your daily responsibilities will include :
- Personal Care : is when a caregiver will need to touch the individual to provide personal hygiene, assist with meals and meal preparation.
- Homemaking : is when you will provide light cleaning to the areas where the client spend majority of their time.
dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, laundry, changing bed linen and may include meal preparation)
Companionship : is when the HHA or CNA will be the client's partner during those hours of services.
i.e.
sitting or walking with client)
Respite : is a combination of all the services.
This gives the primary caregiver / family member the opportunity to do things that they need to do away from home.

Qualifications :
- Passion for Caregiving : A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, showcasing your empathy and dedication.
- Certifications : While a CNA or HHA certificate is preferred , we are happy to support you in obtaining these certifications.
- Screenings : A favorable Level II background in compliance with Federal and State regulations, along with a negative TB examination and a free of communicable diseases statement.
- Reliability : Having dependable transportation to reach our clients' homes promptly and efficiently.
- Language Skills : Bilingual abilities are a plus , reflecting our commitment to inclusivity.
