Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Application Support Engineer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients.

Responsibilities :
- Ensuring certifications are up to date for supported applications.
- Handling general issue resolutions, maintenance planning, and execution.
- Collaborating with authentication teams for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrating proficiency in troubleshooting skills for high-visibility applications using Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools.

The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk, or Logscale.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting skills for high-visibility applications.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an executive presence.
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
