As they continue to grow their Raleigh division, we are seeking an experienced and versatile Commercial Superintendent to lead ground-up projects and play a key role in expanding their footprint in the region.
Role Overview :
The Commercial Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of a variety of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring smooth communication between all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the on-site construction process for ground-up projects in sectors such as K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, and Multi-Family.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring schedules, quality, and specifications are met.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed, maintaining a safe work environment for the crew and all site personnel.
- Maintain daily reports, project schedules, and inspection documentation.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or delays, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.
- Foster a positive team environment, providing leadership and support to ensure project success.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent, with proven experience in managing ground-up projects.
- Varied project experience across sectors, particularly in K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, and Multi-Family.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage teams and collaborate with project stakeholders.
- Proficient in construction management software, project scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus.
Benefits :
- Salary up to $150,000 depending on experience
