The Accounting Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing and directing the month-end close activities and financial controls for the Buildings and Components divisions within the Shelters business unit.

Core Responsibilities Include :

• Review and post journal entries in accordance with US GAAP
• Review account reconciliations and investigate outstanding balance issues
• Month end, Quarter end, and Year-end financial analysis and reporting
• Initiate, manage, and execute process improvement initiatives
• Providing financial analysis of key metrics, including timely issuance of accurate reports to internal customers
• Investigating and resolving transactional processing issues
• Performing periodic financial statement analysis and reporting, including roll forward schedules
• Executing internal controls (SOX) and assisting with internal / external audit requests
• Providing ad-hoc support to Division and Segment leadership

Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$120,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
