Today, our Pizza Vending Machine (Smart Pizza Julia - UL certified) represents 98% of our revenues, and sales are increasing tremendously every year.

We are already well positioned in Europe with 3000+ machine installed! And we are now looking to develop our sales in the United States of America, where we have already installed 20 machines.

Our factory and head office in the US is based in Braselton, GA.

We are receiving a lot of demands in the State of Georgia and we need to increase our team, therefore we are willing to recruit Field Service Engineer in this State. (M / F)

Description du poste :

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team and ensure the optimal performance of our cutting-edge pizza vending machines.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our machines, requiring extensive travel to various locations.

Your mission will be to address customer concerns promptly, minimize downtime, and enhance customer satisfaction. If you are a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

1- Installation and Setup :

Install and set up new machines at various locations, ensuring they meet operational standards.

Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide feedback on machine performance

2- Maintenance and Repair :

Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure machines perform optimally.

Liaise with suppliers for parts and technical support as needed.

3- Customer Service :

Address and resolve customer complaints, particularly those related to machine downtime.

Engage directly with customers to address service needs and resolve issues.

Provide a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction

4- Technical Support :

Offer technical support and training to customers on machine operation and basic maintenance.

Work closely with the technical support team to diagnose and solve complex issues.

5- Inventory Management :

Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance and repairs.

6- Documentation :

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and customer interactions.

7- Travel :

Ability to travel frequently to service machines at different locations.

Manage a flexible schedule and respond to urgent service requests.

Description du profil :

Education :

Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field is required.

Experience :

Minimum of 4 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in food vending machines.

Skills :

Strong mechanical and electrical skills with experience in vending machine maintenance and repair.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer expectations and handle complaints.

Proficiency in maintaining detailed service records and reports.

Familiarity with diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment used in vending machine repair
