job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProficiency in dental terminology and understanding of medical office procedures Experience with electronic health record systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Eaglesoft Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes Familiarity with Eaglesoft Apex, NC 27502 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Duties :
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Collect and update patient information in Eaglesoft
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
- Assist with medical billing and coding tasks
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Requirements :
Note : Previous experience with dental front desk and Patterson Eaglesoft is essential.

Pay : $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
