We’re currently growing a high-volume location in Grand Rapids (Plainfield Ave) and we’re looking for a Service Manager who can lead by example, communicate at an exceptional level, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
As the Service Manager, you will be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring both customer and team success. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Leadership & Communication : Lead the service team with clarity and empathy, creating an environment where everyone is aligned and motivated.
- Customer Experience : Deliver a superior experience at every touchpoint — from the moment customers walk in, to the moment they drive away.
- Operational Excellence : Manage scheduling, workflow, and service processes to ensure efficiency and quality in a high-volume shop.
- Team Development : Coach and mentor staff to uphold our core values and build a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Problem-Solving : Act quickly and resourcefully to overcome challenges and keep the shop running smoothly.
- Performance Management : Monitor KPIs, drive growth, and ensure accountability across the team.
