Minnesota engineering firm is hiring a Lead StructuralEngineer / Project Manager for their growing Minneapolis team!
Responsibilities :
- Create, execute and revise work plans as needed
- Manage all aspects of a project and reviewdeliverables before delivering to client
- Manage project budgets
- Manage project tasks to meet project schedules
- Utilize staff effectively to successfully complete projects
- Communicate with clients to effectively meettheir needs and exceed their expectations
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes
Requirements :
- or in Civil Engineering with astructural emphasis
- or preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a structural engineerdesigning all building types
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
Salary iscommensurate with experience.
