Position : Personal Injury Attorney

Skills and Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Attorney :

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters, guiding them from discovery to resolution.
• Prepare a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and more.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and actively participate in trial and mediation proceedings.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to build robust cases.

Requirements of the Personal Injury Attorney :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with 5-10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
