Location : Turtle Creek, PA
Duration : 3 months on Contract

Hybrid schedule. Work From Home : Monday and Friday; Work In Office : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Background screen : Standard / drug screen 10-panel urinalysis.
Covid-19 Requirements : Vaccinations preferred but not required, will not be visiting customer sites.
Work hours : 8 : 00 5 : 00 (1 hour lunch break); may be open to adjusted hours if needed; available for after normal work hours and weekends, depending upon customer needs.
Workdays : M-F with some work on evenings and weekends per project / customer needs.
Three Required Skills
- Strong in Microsoft Office Suite
- Organization - manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Customer intimacy.
Experience in power generation and / or Field Service Project Management a plus (BRUSH, Westinghouse, Siemens, Client, etc.)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Manage allocated customer accounts and / or other allocated projects ensuring they are completed within scope, on schedule and within cost.
- Manage multiple concurrent remote / virtual projects of varying sizes and complexity.
- Coordinate all communications between the customer and BRUSH for the project.
- Communicate within department for allocation of personnel and tooling resources.
- Coordinate tasks among various members of the project, client team and Field Service Teams.
- Continual monitoring and issuing of all contractual documentation to the customer including the processing and management of change orders.
- Regularly review project financials and performance and report any significant issues of concern to manager when the situation warrants.
- Report completion of project milestones to ensure on-time invoicing.
- When customer needs require, be available to support customers and internal stakeholders outside the expectations for the regular position workload, including evenings and weekends.
- Comply with OSHA, BRUSH, site specific, and other industry standard health and safety practices having jurisdiction to protect both life and property.
Maintain, accomplish, and / or attend QEHS training as required.

Required Education and Experience :
- A Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent and three or more years related experience and / or training in project management / coordination, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the power industry a plus.
- Desired familiarity with managing remote / virtual service projects.
