Online Parts Sales Specialist / Inventory Control Clerk - Toyota of Greensburg (Full Time)

Job Purpose : The Online Parts Sales Specialist / Inventory Control Clerk will support the process to satisfy customer demands for Toyota parts, by selling parts online.
Control inventory by keeping up on SOP parts and performing bin checks.
Job Responsibilities
- Sells parts to online customers using our in-house internet-based platform.
- Keep our online customers updated on their parts orders, in a timely fashion.
- Pulls purchased parts from stock.
- If the part is not in stock, determines availability and submits an order if requested by the customer.
- Box and ship orders to online customers.
- Market to abandoned cart customers, thru promotions, shipping discounts etc.
- Market to online customers using the many tools on our internet-based platform.
- Control SOP shelves making sure all parts over 15 days are sent to proper advisor for follow-up.
- All SOP parts over 30 days are pulled and put into proper bins.
- Checking in all SOP parts, tagging, dating and put in proper bins.
- Work closely with management and other departments to ensure harmonious and productive operations and maximize the success of Toyota of Greensburg.
- Order parts and accessories from Toyota.
- Locate parts and accessories; secure the best price; ensure proper quality.
- Place parts in inventory; enter into database; and monitor inventory levels.
- Conduct periodic audits to verify number and value of parts on hand. (perpetual inventories)
- Keep a clean and tidy work area.
Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years import experience.
