Schedule : M-F : 4p-7p

Pay : $25-$31 / hour

Flywheel Centers is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in their homes or school settings. If you're passionate about working with children, eager to make a meaningful impact, and want to be part of a compassionate clinical team, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do :

Provide in-home or school-based ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Carry out individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, and skill-building

Monitor and document session data accurately

Support children and families in achieving meaningful goals

What You'll Need :

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Must be at least 18 years old

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)

Experience in ABA or behavioral therapy ( required )

Reliable transportation

A calm, patient, and organized approach to working with children
