Job Details
- Title : Cross Train to Oncology Program

- Nurse-to-patient ratios adjusted based on acuity.
- Flexibility to float to different units within same specialty.
- Regular work schedule of 36 to 40 shifts per week during orientation, then 36 shifts afterward.
- Rotating day and night shifts every 4 weeks.
- Mandatory availability for alternating weekend shifts.
Job Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience in MS, MS / Tele, or oncology preferred - WILL TRAIN
- Familiarity with Pyxis medication system required.
- BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
- 1st time travelers accepted.
- EPIC charting exp REQUIRED
- MS / TELE experience 1 year min.
- Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias.
- Knowledge of Rapid Response Teams.
- Competency in gastrointestinal care.
- Proficient in feeding tube care, IV therapy, phlebotomy, blood product administration, peripheral line care, and IV starts.
- Previous oncology experience preferred but not required.
- 1 year of RN experience in MS, MS / Tele required; no oncology experience necessary.
Schedule Information
