The Role : Sales Account Executive (Staffing)

Position : Full-Time, Exempt

Location : Fully Remote

Salary : Base $60,000 - $80,000 + Uncapped Commission

Department : Sales

Reports to : Director of Sales

What You'll Do :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies

Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base

Understand clients' staffing needs and provide tailored solutions

Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements

Meet and exceed sales targets consistently

Represent Recruitz at industry events and networking functions

What We're Looking For :

3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in staffing or recruitment

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong networking abilities and a consultative sales approach

Resilience, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Initial phone screening

Sales aptitude assessment

Video interview with Sales Manager

Role-play presentation

Final interview with leadership team
