Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a Union Material Handler to join our dynamic team on a temp to hire basis.

What You'll Do :
- Safely and efficiently move materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other heavy equipment
- Ensure inventory accuracy by properly labeling and tracking all materials
- Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse space
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines
Requirements :
What We're Looking For :
- Excellent Attendance
- No previous experience required, but helpful
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 70lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety and following all procedures
- Willingness to join the union and abide by union guidelines
