Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney Supervisor who is bilingual (English / Spanish) to join our team.
As the Pre-Litigation Attorney Supervisor, you will oversee the pre-litigation team, guide legal strategies, and ensure the highest level of client service.
You will be responsible for managing a team of attorneys and legal staff, while also handling complex pre-litigation cases.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California State Bar membership.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and case management skills, with a proven track record of favorable outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a commitment to teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
