No previous Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy experience is required for this Entry Level position! We will provide the best hands-on ABA training and mentorship in Southern California - W here you will actively learn shadowing with kids and trainers in the field.

What will you be doing?

• Working 1 : 1 with children with developmental delays and / or autism in their homes
• Following lesson plans written by Clinical Supervisors in order to teach children new skills and create an enriching play environment
• Implementing evidence based strategies while taking data and detailed notes on the progress of the child for each learning objective
• Partnering with and coaching caregivers to generalize skills into daily life

What you have :

• Minimum six months of paid or unpaid experience working with children
• Must be at least 21 years of age to be in compliance with insurance eligibility guidelines
• Ability to drive up to a 30 mile radius to and from sessions
• Must have a valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle

Compensation : Up to $23 an hour dependent on education, credentialing and experience

• Part-Time ( minimum 15+ hours per week) AND Full-Time opportunities (including benefits)
