Job Title : Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Description :

We are looking for a diligent Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of financial plans, maintaining financial models, and monitoring financial performance.

This role will have a significant impact on the firm's ability to achieve its financial objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support operational and strategic decision making.
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate complex financial concepts for non-financial business leaders to aid strategic decision making.
  • Lead variance analysis and provide actionable insights for management.
  • Manage the analysis of financial results to determine accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Participate in special projects and prepare ad hoc financial analysis as required.
  • Monitor competitive trends and industry changes that impact business performance.
  • Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the consulting industry.
  • Proven experience in the consulting sector.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to influence decisions using financial analyses.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with handling large data sets and translating raw data into meaningful financial information.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software.
  • MBA, CFA, or CPA designation is a plus.

The successful Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will be a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented individual.
