- Support portfolio management of reporting / analytics solutions
- Identify business issues / problems and develop solutions
- Lead and manage small cross-functional teams

What Is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or healthcare-related subject
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, and analytics
- Project management skills and the ability to work and manage teams and resources
- Knowledge of health plan and delivery system operations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Experience in program outcomes evaluation and predictive modeling
- Knowledge of BI tools, data visualization tools, and statistical software
- Understanding of healthcare information standards and healthcare delivery system processes
